1. Who we are
This site is operated by Mentrup Group LLC ("we", "us", "InsiderHub"), a California limited liability company.
Registered address: 6310 San Vicente Blvd #106, Los Angeles, CA 90048, United States.
Contact: hello@insiderhub.co.
2. What we collect
Data enters our systems through two broad paths.
2.1 Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, you give us: your name, company, work email, phone number, team size, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record the page URL, your browser's user-agent string, and the time of submission so we can debug delivery issues.
2.2 Technical, usage, and analytics data
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your visit, including: IP address, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, operating system, referral URLs, the pages and content you interact with, session timestamps, on-page interactions, performance and diagnostic data, and similar technical and usage signals.
To collect this data and improve how the site performs, loads, and converts, we may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits, analytics tools, advertising technologies, attribution or conversion-tracking systems, and session replay or behavioral analytics tools, including those provided by current and future vendors such as Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive, and the specific tools in use may change as we add, remove, or replace vendors.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and the vendors described above may use first-party and third-party cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
- Keep the site working and secure.
- Measure how the site is used and how it performs.
- Understand behavioral and aggregate trends across visits.
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing, advertising, and outreach.
- Attribute conversions, support remarketing or retargeting, and personalize content where appropriate.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
Some of these technologies may recognize your browser or device across pages, sessions, or sites. You can usually control or delete cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings, and you can use platform-level opt-outs offered by some advertising and analytics providers. Disabling these technologies may affect how parts of the site function.
4. How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule calls, and send proposals or scoping documents if we keep talking.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site and our services.
- To measure performance and the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Who else touches it
We rely on third-party vendors to host the site, process submissions, run analytics and advertising, and operate our business. These vendors fall into broad categories that include, but are not limited to:
- Hosting, content delivery, and infrastructure providers (for example, Cloudflare).
- Analytics and product-analytics providers.
- Advertising, attribution, and conversion-tracking partners (for example, Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn).
- CRM, marketing automation, and workflow automation platforms (for example, LeadConnector / HighLevel).
- AI and large language model providers used to assist with our work or operations.
- Email delivery, SMS, scheduling, and communications providers.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and bot-mitigation providers (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Professional services providers such as accountants, advisors, and legal counsel where appropriate.
The specific vendors in each category may change over time as we add, remove, or replace providers. Each acts on our behalf or as an independent controller under its own security and privacy commitments.
6. How long we keep it
We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to operate and improve the site and our services, communicate with you, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, the context in which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email us and ask:
- What we have on you ("right of access").
- To correct anything that's wrong.
- To delete it all.
- To send you a copy of it.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you those rights specifically, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you are in the EU/UK, the GDPR gives you the same set under different names. Either way: email hello@insiderhub.co and we'll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Some analytics, advertising, attribution, or retargeting activities described in this policy may, however, constitute "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information as those terms are broadly defined under California law and similar US state privacy laws. California residents and residents of other US states that provide a right to opt out of such activities may email hello@insiderhub.co to submit an opt-out request.
8. Children
This is a B2B site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions are posted over TLS to our CRM. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions. We do not store passwords or payment information on this site, and there are no accounts.
No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is perfectly secure. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.
10. International transfers
We are a US company. If you contact us from outside the United States, your submission will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our vendors operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. We won't retroactively erode rights you had when you first contacted us.
