Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of this site is capped at one hundred US dollars (US$100).

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mentrup Group LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, your reliance on any AI-generated output or automated action without appropriate review, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes that affect your existing rights will be flagged in the change history when relevant.
